I loaded the Candy.ai plans page on October 22, 2026, without logging in, and checked it against the token prices on the series pages. Then I did the math for a five-episode Candy Shorts series and for the longest one in the catalog. You get the bill before you tap Premium.
How much is Candy AI? The plans in dollars
Candy AI pricing 2026 starts at $3.99 a month on the 12-month plan and tops out at $13.99 on the monthly plan. The figures below are US dollars, as the plans page showed them on October 22, 2026, and local taxes can be added at checkout.

The page labels the 12-month plan 70% off and the 3-month plan 35% off. The first month of the monthly plan gets 29% off, all measured against the $13.99 monthly price. The plans renew by themselves at the term you picked, and the cards repeat that you can cancel any time. Premium also lists unlimited text messages and image and video generation, which matter more in the Candy AI review than here.
How many tokens does Candy AI Premium include?
Candy AI Premium includes 100 tokens a month, and that is the Candy AI Shorts tokens limit you plan around. Candy AI tokens behave like a battery: a 12-token episode is a small drain, a 50-token one is a big one. At 12 tokens an episode, a month opens eight episodes with 4 left over. At 30 tokens you get three episodes, and at 50 tokens you get two.
Here is my own math, not a figure from the plans page. Put a month of tokens into eight 12-token episodes. Each one then costs $1.75 on the monthly plan, or $1.25 in the first month. For the longer plans I assume 100 tokens land each month, since the benefits list says 100 tokens per month without naming a plan. On that basis it costs $1.12 on the 3-month deal and about $0.50 on the 12-month one. It also holds only if the whole allowance goes to Shorts. The Terms say tokens also pay for extras such as image generation and voice notes, so chat habits drain the same 100.
How much does one Candy Shorts episode cost in tokens?
The Candy AI Shorts tokens price varies by title. On October 22, 2026, 146 regular series charged 12 tokens an episode and 14 charged 30; on October 19 the Spicy series charged 30 or 50. The 30-token tier is creator series plus some Spicy ones. The 50-token tier is the five Spicy creator series, so the Candy Shorts price climbs fastest on the creator shelf.
On a free account, the first two episodes were open in 160 series on October 22, 2026. The 15 Spicy series need Premium even for those two, and with Premium they cost 0 tokens. On my free account on October 19 all 14 Spicy series showed the lock on episodes 1 and 2. The free side has its own write-up: what you get before you pay.
What does a whole Candy Shorts series cost?
Five episodes is the standard run: 148 of the 175 series have it. Two are free, so you pay for three. Here is the bill for four series, with the token total and what it means for a month of Premium:
- Room 742: 12 tokens an episode, so 36 tokens, about a third of one month.
- Our Host Is Riley Reid: 30 tokens an episode, so 90 tokens, one month with 10 to spare.
- Professor Mia: a Spicy series at 50 tokens, so 150 tokens for episodes 3 to 5, a month and a half of allowance.
- YES MA'AM: 30 episodes, with 28 paid at 12 tokens each, so 336 tokens.
YES MA'AM is the second longest series in the catalog. Only My bestie betrayed me goes further, with 34 episodes and 384 tokens to finish. Both need more than three months of the 100-token allowance, so a long series is a project, not an impulse swipe. The price box on each review of the Candy Shorts series shows the total for that title.
How to cancel Candy AI subscription
Open your account's Settings and choose Unsubscribe. The Terms of Service (September 22, 2026 revision) describe that route, and the plans page says the same: cancel any time, in settings. Your plan's start and end dates are listed under My Profile or Settings in the same account.
Canceling stops the next renewal, not the period you already paid for. Premium stays active until the billing period ends, and no further charge follows. After that the account drops to the free version. The Spicy series lock again, while episodes 1 and 2 of the other series stay open.
Timing matters most. The Terms say a renewal is charged on the first day of the new period, so cancel before that date and put it in your phone's calendar the day you join. Want exactly one month? Join on the monthly plan and cancel the same day: access runs to the end of the period, and the $13.99 renewal does not happen. Is there a Candy AI promo code?
The plans page listed no promo code and no discount code on October 19, 2026. The savings are the badges on the cards: 70% off, 35% off and 29% off the first month. The Terms let Candy.ai give selected users promotions, such as bonus tokens after a minimum spend, but those are offered at its discretion.
The Candy AI price you pay is set by plan length. The 12-month rate is under a third of the monthly one, and committing longer is the lever you control. Prices can rise, too. The Terms promise notice before a renewal at a higher price.
Is Candy AI worth it? My call, plan by plan
For Candy Shorts alone, start on the monthly plan. The $9.99 first month gives you 100 tokens, enough to finish two five-episode series at 12 tokens and keep 28 in reserve. Cancel before the $13.99 renewal and the whole experiment costs $9.99 plus any local tax.
If you keep swiping through new releases, the 12-month plan wins on price. The catch is $47.88 leaving your card at once, so read the refund rules first. The 3-month plan sits between them, and on my 100-a-month assumption its 300 tokens fall 36 short of YES MA'AM. Worth the swipe if you finish what you start. Skip it if you only browse.
